INDIANAPOLIS, IN (March 28, 2024) – Lucas Oil Products, the world leader and distributor of high-performance automotive additives and lubricants, is pleased to announce the promotions of three executives to key roles. These advancements are designed to strengthen the company’s leadership team and better position Lucas Oil for future growth.
Deidra Colvin takes the role of Chief Revenue and Strategy Officer, advancing from her previous role as Chief Strategy Officer. In her new capacity, Colvin will oversee revenue operations, identifying and seizing growth opportunities, and ensuring that Lucas Oil positions the right people in pivotal roles to foster innovation, efficiency, and profitability. Her strategic oversight will extend to optimizing revenue streams and spearheading market expansion efforts.

Shane Burns is promoted to Senior Vice President of Global Sales, previously serving as Vice President of National Sales. Burns will now have a greater focus on Lucas Oil’s sales activity internationally including the company’s recently announced expansion into Brazil. His 15+ years of sales experience at Lucas Oil will be instrumental in expanding distribution networks and growing the company’s product offering in the global market.
Andy McMillan is elevated to Vice President of National Sales, previously serving as National Sales Director. McMillan’s new role will see him managing domestic sales operations within the United States and Canada. He is tasked with strengthening Lucas Oil’s market presence across North America, optimizing sales performance and retail partnerships.
